Field Art assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings, electronics, or equipment brought by attendees to event venues, outbound resorts, or training grounds.

**4. Third-Party Vendors & External Facilities**

* For end-to-end offsite programs, Field Art may coordinate with independent third-party vendors (such as beach resorts, transport operators, catering services, external adventure providers, or audio-visual rental crews).
* Field Art acts solely as an activity organizer and facilitator. We do not operate, control, or assume liability for the direct acts, omissions, food safety standards, facility defects, negligence, or delays of third-party venue management or vendor partners.

Our team building, icebreakers, and corporate workshops are designed to enhance morale, collaboration, and team cohesion through experiential learning. However, Field Art makes no express or implied guarantees regarding specific long-term corporate outcomes, employee retention rates, or quantitative business results.
